All started when I used a seafoam tru my intake manifold through an port it has with a plug on the side. My tundra has a fault and don’t know what more to do to it, this what i have change it to try to fix it:

    New MAF sensor

New B1S1 (a/f sensor) Its the second time I have changed

New B1S2 (o2 sensor) could this be it?

    New coils including new cables

    New spark plugs

    New intake manifold gaskets

    New fuel injectors

New gasoline filter (was very dirty)

    New idle air control valve

    New Valve cover gaskets

    Check for vacuum leaks: none

It does not have catalytic converter(bought the truck like that) Someone please give me some guidance for fixing this fault

Did you use the Sea foam through the PCV valve hose? (I've owned several with the 3.4l and have had many successful runs of sea foam through the years).

The code here is the most important. I'm assuming it's a P0171?

Thank you for your responses, i have uploaded a pic were I aplicated the seafoam. Right now it has no codes but the short term fuel trim #1 (SHRTFT1) is getting crazy you can hear the engine oscillating when the injectors pulse fuel to the engine. I think this is not normal, what do you think?

Update! Bought the Denso Air/Fuel B1S1 sensor and it work great! That was the problem! Do not buy cheap a/f o2 sensors you’ll waste more money that way!
