I'm strongly leaning towards purchasing a 2008 Base 2WD Reg Cab Tundra 4.0L V6 with 135,000mi. The price is well below value. I test drove it and it had some shake in the steering wheel at highway speed that felt like tires not balanced. It could be the rusty old wheels on it as well. Some minor rust at bottom of tailgate and drivers rear panel above the wheel that I feel confident in repairing myself. The frame was "rustproofed" by the dealer recently but everything else is looking rough and rusty underneath. There were no maintenance records so I'm guessing a full-on fluid and filter replacement all the way around is in order as well. Any advice?

Pass on it. Sounds like rust is about to win on that one.
