2019 TRD suspension fit 2008?

    2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Max
    I have a 2008 Tundra which is just the base model crew cab. In my area there is a guy who bought a 2019 TRD and upgraded his suspension so is trying to sell the TRD components. Does anyone know if they would fit my 2008? It includes shocks, struts, springs

    I put 2016 parts on my 2007 with no problems. Under the body they're pretty much unchanged from 2007 to now.
