Is there any spray on tire treatment that won’t let gravel road dust stick? Something to make it easy to just spray off with a garden hose off the house and a decent nozzle. The tan/brown dust is pretty prominent against the white.

Optimum tire protection coating is amazing. It actually dries shiny and is a coating not just a shine. I will forewarn you that you need to get your tires super clean before you apply it, I mean super clean, use shine supply wise guy cleaner a few times over then apply 2 or 3 coats of optimum tire coating. It lasts 4+ months. Like I said it dries completely so dust rinses right off and really doesnt stick to it.
If you want a quick spray on I'd say carpro perl or waxaddict tyre feeder
This pic is a month after application of the optimum stuff

Omg I have never heard of any of those. Off to some research now. To be honest, I know they make better stuff than 303.

303 is great but there is definitely better for tires. Maybe @War Machine will chime in, he has tried many many brands. Honestly the optimum coating is the best, )not the optimum gel btw) but you have to be committed to the prep work, which is totally worth it.
Carpro perl isnt cheap but you can dilute it to various strengths for different jobs, it's good stuff. The waxaddict is hard to find and not cheap when you do. Perl or waxaddict will last a few weeks. Optimum tire coating can last 6 months. It's kinda crazy

The Chemical Guys Tire Kicker isn’t bad at all. It leaves a very similar finish to Waxaddict, but not as durable. It’s much cheaper and easier to find though. Right now, that’s probably what I’d recommend for a quick and easy solution.

Besides that, all the ones @Pudge mentioned are very solid. Optimum Tire Coating is definitely my favorite, just takes some work and practice.

Agreed. I’ve put it on five vehicles, with only one issue on one tire from not cleaning well enough.
