Is my power brake booster bad?

Hello everyone, long time lurker, first post.

My Tundra is an 03 SR5 Stepside 4x4. I've got a high pitched whine coming from the brake booster. (No CEL or any other warning lights) Any pressure on the brake pedal and it stops. Is my booster bad? Vacuum leak? Bad valve?

Haven't found much on this anywhere, doesn't seem to be a common problem. Any advice would be appreciated...
