Sequioa radio

Now I know this isn't exactly a tundra, but I've got a problem on my moms Sequioa I've been trying to fix. The radio turns itself on, and off on it's own. I was hoping someone could direct me to a post about this, or drop some info.

I'm stumped as to what the problem is, or even where to begin. It's a head scratcher for me for sure!

 

Its probably something inside that went bad. But could also just be a loose connection in the back. Just hook her up with an after market. like mine lol

 

I asked her if thats what she wanted, and she said she wanted to stay original.
