2010 CM RW, It has no antenna. Bought it used that way.
It has sat radio, and for some reason I just assumed since I was getting all my fav radio stations that was where the head unit was getting its signal from.

However the Antenna Bezel is degrading so I got a replacement bezel and went ahead and got a shorty antenna. Went with the Ronin 4" option.

However, looks like the reason it doesn't have an antenna is the old one broke inside the base and the threads are stripped.

Anyone have any experience replacing the base? Is this a simple job?

I wonder if it's worth it since I get all my stations, Kinda thinking of returning the Ronin and plugging the bezel.
