retro headlights

Looking for anyone who has been in contact with Leo of EleDobleU retrofits. I bought a set in early 2017 that has an issue with a Halo out. i have been trying to locate him by sending emails to him and Retrofit Wholesale but i dont ever get a return email. Anyone? Thanks
