I bought a set of 2019 TRD Pro wheels/tires and one had some minor curb rash/scratches. The previous owner put nail polish to mask it. Any recommendations on how to make it look better/less noticeable without having to get the whole wheel powdercoated? Not really noticeable unless you know to look but I notice things.

I was thinking to take the nail polish off smooth it with a light sand paper and touch it up better. I'm getting the tires replaced with Falken Wildpeaks so tires will be off.

I would think you could file/sand down to make look a bit better, not sure of best option for black paint. Maybe inquire at a local body shop for suggestions.

Getting one wheel repaired / re-powder coated wouldn't be too terribly expensive.

Worst case, put that wheel on right side, you won't see it as much. LOL

Dismount tire, sand down curb rash, use bondo to fill in the missing metal, sand the repair area to match the rest of the wheel, primer, paint, Profit.

I agree about the cost but don't know about matching the color/sheen or how they'd deal with the parts on the wheels that aren't powder coated such as the PRO or BBS FORGED text.
