Replacing the lower center finish panel in my 2007 Tundra and need to remove the cigarette lighter and 12V receptacles so I can put them back in the new panel. Can't figure out how to get them out. Can anyone assist or provide guidance? See pic. Thank you.

Just fidget around with them, they come
right out. pull, push, turn, there’s not a special tool involved, just the one between your ears. I just replaced mine with usb and didn’t have too much trouble, can’t recall anything special.
