I finally found a camper shell on Craigslist after looking for about a year for my 14’ Tundra. The one I found is on a 13’. Will a 2nd gen fit on a 3rd gen? It’s an ARE.

2016 Ta-Tundra Barcelona Red

I did some research on this a while back and I'm pretty sure a 2nd gen camper shell will NOT fit on a 3rd gen. If I remember correctly it has to do with the back glass on the camper shell not lining up with the tailgate on the 3rd gen. I think the dimensions are the same but from what I recall it has to do with a difference in the tailgates. Hope this helps and good luck.

I will say for sure that Snugtop between 2nd and 3rd are different at the back glass on the exact same model canopy.
