Entune "Premium" - Disconnect factory tweeters with new amp?

I apologize ahead of time for the length or ignorance of this question. I have replaced the existing main front and rear speakers in my CrewMax already with speakers that have coax tweeters (they are Hertz 130's and 170's I think). I plan to replace the existing amp with a ********* TXD80005 amp and add a subwoofer. I have not yet added the amp or subwoofer. The sound now is very, should I say tweeter friendly, almost tinny. (I did not expect to find tweeters in the rear doors when I replaced the main speakers or I would have gone with different speakers in the rear.)

Should I disconnect the factory tweeters (rear doors and dash right and left) now or wait? Should I replace them with some other, perhaps higher impedance tweeter? I want to keep the center dash speaker if at all possible, assumingi it used for vehicle communications.

Will the sub and amp filters help?

Completed installation. Had to disconnect all factory tweeters to tune the amp, per ********* tuning instructions, or I would have had to listen to tuning tones at each stage of tuning. Left tweeters out of truck. Sounds 100% better.
