    Hey Guys,

About a month ago I swapped in bilstein 5100's on my truck and noticed that the drivers side was about an inch shorter than the passenger side. So I started checking clips settings, tire tread wear, tire pressure... etc. But then I remembered that my truck had been in a wreck and they replaced the drivers side coil. I then took the below pictures and noticed that they are def two different coils. Is it possible that they maybe replaced the coil with a 2wd drive coil rather than a 4wd coil? Can anyone help provide measurements on thickness of the coil so maybe I can help identify it? Thanks in advance. First pic is the new replaced coil. Truck is a 4x4.

Looks like a stock coil to me. Both pictures are the same coil? The tundra “lean” is a well known issue. I haven’t heard of it being an inch off but 1/2in is pretty common. Are you on level ground? Full tank of gas? Some folks install shims on the driver side to remedy it.
If you went to a reputable shop I would hope that they replaced it with the correct coil. Crazier things have happened though.

Never mind, I see the difference in coils now. Looks like a coil with a different spring rate..

After searching for the "lean" issue, it seems many of people have ran into this before. I don't mind the lean as long as I'm still going to get even tire wear with a proper alignment.
