Thread lock or Torque to spec only for suspension bolts?

    Should thread lock be used on lower control arm ball joint bolts or only torque to spec @ 221 ft lbs.

    Thanks I fiquired so but had not seen it anywhere. I typically thread lock most things. Is there a time or component in which thread lock is not recommended?
