What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

I did one set while in the truck that turned out to be the smaller ones for the dual climate control....doing it in the truck is a PITA for sure but that part is easy enough to remove and the second set that was correct for the non-dual climate control, I installed after I took that assembly out and it was so much easier. Just FYI for those that haven’t done this yet!

 

Added a TRD Pro skid plate this morning. Better than what was on there before.

 

4.5 bds with icon and I’m set at 5.5” lift

 

Icon will 4.5 bds but my truck sit about 5.5” and I’m can adjust them between 4.5-7

 

Leveled it with a new Travel Trailer

 

did the same.

 

Ronin antenna popped on today and a thorough cleaning.

 

Had the intake and skid plate put on. I painted the skid plate BLACK!! Posted In the build section.

 

Part one is here, I have an iffy plan to mount it in the engine compartment, and if that fails it will fit into my Swing Case with no problem.

Added new seat covers. Wet Okole brand.
Had a similar set on my old Tacoma. We do so much playing in the rivers and lakes that a waterproof seat cover is a must for my family.

 

What kind of truck box is that? Looks like it's flush with the top of the rails & doesn't sit on the rails. I want something like that so I don't have to remove the box when I add a camper shell. Been considering a Weatherguard chest (doesn't sit on the rails), but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

 

I’m the same ...beach days ect. Where did you get those seat covers? They are a must i need To look into those.

Enter all your truck info and if you want a custom logo printed on it, colors etc. They are pricey though. I had a set on my Tacoma and they lasted extremely well so I figured it’s worth the price if they last.

Jelly. Mine will arrive Thursday and we leave tomorrow for our cruise. I’m having UPS home it and installing the night we get home haha. I hear nothing but good things about it.

 

Delivered today after a long wait. Now to decide on a tire. Will go with 285/70-17 bc I’m working with stock suspension. These look awesome in person! Super stoked!

I've been playing around with badges and I think I've found the ones I like.

I initially blacked out the stock ones and added some white decals to make them pop. I still wasn't happy with the look and found the TRD style ones that they use on the Tacoma. I love these! They are holding up great so far.

It was $39 for the logo.
I can try and take more photos. They fit nice and tight to the seats.
