After some extensive research and about five months of hunting I finally found the truck I've been looking for.

Today I got behind the wheel of my used 2011 4.6L Tundra (with TP) in Nautical Blue. I've heard a lot of people try to convince me to shoot for the 5.7 but I just don't see the benefits for how I use my trucks. This is my first time owning a Toyota but I have a lot of confidence in my purchase.

I work as a full time auto mechanic and really took the time to consider what I'm looking for in a truck. Some of my coworkers really tried to talk me out of buying a Tundra but I just can't knock their reputation for longevity.

MyTundra was brought up to NY from Texas and is in absolute pristine condition excluding a few rock chips in the paint (which I intend to brush touch); it's already had the frame overhauled in accordance with Toyota's recall along with rear leaf's and a few other doo-dad's.
Carfax and service record show one previous owner who took excellent care of the truck including dealership spec. maintenance since day one.

I'm so beyond excited to join the Toyota family and look forward to sharing in everyone else's experiences.

    Welcome neighbor.
I'm about 3 hours southeast of Barneveld.

How much is that Apache going for?

I hope you like your 11 as much as I love mine. Welcome from NE Pa. If I am correct the 4.6 has a timing chain. So no belt change every 100k or so like on the 4.7 and 5.7
