So last night I replaced my headlight bulbs in my 2012 Tundra and now my tail lights stay on like I am always touching the brake pedal. I have pulled the brake pedal switch and tested it with an OHM meter and it tests good. I also pulled the switch out of my 2017 Tundra and put it into the 2012, and my brake lights still stay on like the pedal is compressed. I pulled the relays for the brake lights and my tail lights are still on, and the only thing that helped was pulling the 30A fuse out of the engine compartment fuse box that is labeled tow brk and the lights will then shut off. I tried unplugged the new head light bulbs and also putting the old bulbs in, just for shits and giggles and the brake lights are still illuminated constantly. Anyone have a clue why this may have happened or have a diagram to help me get through this issue? I am fairly confident that I have a shorted wire somewhere but my pride is not above it being something stupid that I could have looked over.

Do you have a trailer brake controller installed? Is the manual slide applied even slightly?

If you have a trailer brake controller try unplugging it.

Yes, I tracked the problem to a short in my harness going back to the trailer brake/light plug. Thanks for the suggestions and sorry I didn't reply back earlier. In this process my battery completely drained and would not recharge on a jump or trickle.... Took a trip to autozone and found my battery is now shot..... What started as headlamps turned into 3 days of being pissed off and costing $130 more then it should've lol.
