So when I roll up/down my back 2 windows (Double cab), they rock back to front a good bit. I can also grab them and lift them about an inch when they are partially rolled down. Is this looseness normal, or should I start taking them apart to look for a disconnected/broken linkage or something?

Definitely not normal. Strange that it’s happening on both sides though.

Yeah, One side and I would have assumed broken. Both sides and I thought maybe it's a "feature". I'm guessing my big ass dog putting his weight on partially rolled windows might have messed them up. I'll have to open the doors and have a look.

If anyone has sage wisdom, pics, etc, on removing and re-installing all the door panel stuff, I'm all ears! If not, I'll post some pics here as I go.

I am thinking my 2010 does this also. I believe when I had my window tint done the installer mentioned it was loose like what you are talking about. I took it back to the dealer and I think they said the rear windows have something like an X lift type mechanism. Both sides of mine does it. I probably need to go look at it again to see if it is the same as what you are saying. It has been a long time since I took it in and I hardly ever use the rear windows.
