First real post regarding anything contributing to the Tundra community up until now. I've just been a lurker reading about as much as I could about them.

Quick background, always have been a gear head. Started with motorcycles, then rice rockets, back to motorcycles and now a mix of both when I have time. Currently I daily a couple cars different cars. 1994 FJ80 and a 1985 AE86.

With that being said I was also driving a 1999 F350 for work 2-3 times a week, loved that beast but it was just that... a beast. I didn't tow enough to justify driving it and with the diesel prices around the same as premium gas I didn't see a reason to keep driving it.

Enter 2019 Tundra ! My brother has a FJ cruiser and I've also been a fan of the different colors they kept coming out with, got super close to buying a Red Trail Teams one or the Cement one. Cement color was my favorite !

Bought the truck brand new from Longo Toyota and really tried to resist doing anything to it... without much luck. I ended up doing the following to it within 3 weeks of owning it...

    Ceramic Coated the paint
3M Crystalline all windows and windshield
    Black door handles
Cement bumper caps and mirror caps
    TRD Pro Grill
    Amp Research Side Steps
    Weathertech floor mats
    Camburg UCA
Fox 2.5 DSC Front and Rear Coilovers
    88 Rotors rear add-a-leaf (~2" lift)
Pro Comp Fender Flares (paint matched)

I don't have as much as time as I used to when it comes to greaseballing, but have found really reliable shops locally in Southern California to do the work for me.

Chris @ 88 Rotors slammed the suspension out with his crew in a day.

Carlos @ Coachcraft in Monrovia is currently fitting the flares.

The TRD Pro grill looks great and looks like a 2019? I only see the 19 Pro grills in black and white, did you have it painted? If so what color did you get to begin with I guess to make it easier for the shop to color match it? (Sorry not an autobody person, just doin ma research) But seriously, sick looking Tundra, Can't wait to see future pics.

Yup it's a 2019 Pro Grill. Bodyshop painted it along with the bumper caps, I just ordered it in white. Can't wait to get it back from the body shop too but after seeing how sad the stock wheels and tires look I needed to decide on some sooner that later it seems.
