    I have 2016 crew max limited. I'm looking for suggestions on how to customize it. What does everyone recommend based on their projects? Lift kits, rims, tires, etc.

    Mostly stock/TRD accessories/Morimoto XBs
    I have the exact same truck. Start with minor upgrades:

    1. Tonneau cover
    2. Bedrug or liner
    3. AGM battery (Your likely close to OEM 4 yr stamp date
    4. Gun vault
    5. Wireless charger in center console
    6. TRD rear Swaybar.
    7. LED/HID headlights
    8. Window tint.
    9. Husky liners.
    10. Drivers side handle.

    Outside of the headlights, the rest are reasonably easy and lower cost with the most functionality.

    I’d say first decide what you want to do with the truck - off road, tow, drive the kids to soccer, let it sit in the driveway and look pretty. You can do anything and way overspend if you aren’t careful.

    I think the first and most important thing to decide is how long you plan to own the truck. Mods never increase the value of your vehicle, they only make it fit your needs and likes. I keep my trucks for 10 years. I went with covering neoprene seat covers, a diamondback tonneau, and husky floor liners. My trucks are all bought to make money. They run in my company every day. The reason I run Toyota is they are dependable, and hold their re-sale. Like all things moderation is the key.

    My most practical mods to date are the pop n lock, ESP under seat storage, drivers side grab handle, TRD rear sway bar and husky floor liners.

    I’ve done a few other cosmetic mods, but those were many personal preference.
