So before I ask for help my tundra 5.7 has 371,200 miles on it. The tires don’t break traction when the light comes on. Occasionally when I accelerate the light comes on and disengages the transmission. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sensors dirty? Is it on a straight away or a turn?

Sensors (abs) is at the rear. Check for a pinched cable or one slightly cracked / filled with mud etc

Only when i'm going a faster than posted. (I also have the TRD sway bar).

ONe time it stayed on until i turned the truck on/off. Other time must while turning.

Is your truck lifted? Maybe a vsc reset?

Over sized tires. Just bought 2 new bigger tires on the front. So the fronts are 1” taller than the rear.

So when this squiggly light (anti skid light) comes on it disconnects the transmission. Is that supposed to happen?

I will look at the sensors and see if I can find an issue

Um... that might be your issue right there. Are you saying that you have different size tires in front than in back?

Yes. So does that disconnect the transmission when that light comes on?

Why are u running different sized tires? You’re going to cause issues with your differential.

    The transmission isn't disconnected.

With larger tires on the front, the rear wheels are spinning faster than the front. This makes the traction control /ABS / VSC module think you have rear wheel slippage, and will cut throttle to attempt to regain traction. That is what you are experiencing, not the transmission disengaging.

You need 4 tires the same.

Problem solved... And all you need is another $500 or so in tires.
