When installing my Coverking seat covers, I had a strap tear through the fabric on one of the seat bottoms (used the same force as all the other straps, only one tore and it tore immediately on the first pull so I feel it was a weak point). I have been trying to submit a warranty claim for about two weeks now, and their website keeps giving me "zendesk" errors to the effect of not being a valid email (it is), not clicking the CAPTCHA box (I did), and so on. Doing the same process, I got two different forms at different times (not sure why, seemed random). One was more generic and the other allowed me to attach pictures. Neither worked and always spit out an error. I did finally stumble upon a completely different "contact us" type page and was able to submit it over a week ago, but no one ever contacted me so I decided to try warranty claim again, same result as before.

I finally decided tonight to fill out the "I'm Shopping" form instead of the warranty form, and lo and behold it worked! No errors! Used the same exact email and clicked the CAPTCHA, just like multiple times before.

Just thought I'd share this in case anyone else experiences a similar issue. Apparently they make sure you can contact them if you want to buy something, but if you have issues they make it extremely difficult! I haven't heard back from anyone yet, but hopefully they will reach out to me and make this right. On the off chance that someone from Coverking sees this, I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to me about this warranty claim.

I installed them on my truck. Directions were for a Chevy? and very different from the covers for my Tundra. I called and the people I spoke to were very helpful. I'd advise you call them with your issue.

The one time I found a phone number it was a Sunday night, so I couldn't call. I did just figure out this morning that there are at least two different sites to try to get help. I kept searching "Coverking warranty" and it would take me to www.coverking.com/warranty to get support through the filling of online forms, can't find a single phone number anywhere. If I search "Coverking support" I get a different site (subdomain) of support.coverking.com that actually has a phone number and this is the one that had the form that worked, but no one ever got back to me. I'll give it another day to see if someone contacts me from my submission last night, but I'm not holding my breath. After that, I'll call.
