6" ProComp Stage 1 lift

Hey Y'all, Pro Comp sent me new tie rods for my rig and I have noticed that the rubber boot is clear with a little bit of grease in them. Does anyone know if these tie rods need more grease after they are installed or do they come from the factory with the required amount of grease? Thanks.
