Random Misfire

    2005 Toyota Tundra SR5
    05 Tundra V6, had a misfire come up on #1, replaced the plug and coil. 2 days later, misfire on #2, moved to #6. I haven't replaced those coils and plugs. I used the old coil and am getting fire to the plug. Fuel pump/Filter maybe? Not into throwing parts at it and hoping for the best. Any help is appreciated.
