Please don't hate me for not knowing something that seems basic, but what are "nannies"?

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
Our trucks have multiple computers that monitor and control different systems.
Anti- skid, auto non locking brakes, elevation adjustment control for fuel air mixture, roll- over sensors, lane wander, electrical limited slip differential, etc, etc
Some of them we like, some we need, some we might wish to permanently or temporarily disable.

Traction Control System, limited slip, etc. These override driver input to make the vehicle more stable and reduce the likelihood of an accident.

Much like a nannie who watches a child and tries to prevent the little bugger from playing with the stove.
