Finally checking in after yesterday’s Cleghorn run!

Sooo awesome to meet everyone, whether we’ve talked before or not, all great and nice people! Such a good time!

I will admit my photo efforts were not the same as Big Bear but here are a few videos and then pics to follow.
    Let’s go get dirty again!!

Are those trails pretty easy or really need to have 4wd?

A bunch of trucks stock or spacer lifts. And they went off and got on the offshoots. Good spotting and driving skills got em thru fine!
@Challenger1 and @nlaroy I know we got em hooked on trails!!

I damaged my undercarriage on my Mohave trip in March, the front skid took a huge hit and crushed the front diff actuator. Last weekend, a small group drove from Apple Valley to Big Bear, I had no issues being in 2wd. Yesterday, no issues in 2wd drive either...as long as you stay on the main fire road. If you venture off, things can get wild. I tackled a decent hill climb yesterday, made it but clipped my gas tank strap.

Basically, stay on the main trails and anyone can do it in any truck.

I heard those guys were dominating all the offchutes with the world famous @Sunnier leading the charge. Both stock trucks with 4wd. Soooo awesome guys!

@Tundra4Pinay Don't forget to tighten that bolt on your rear driver fender well. You're wheeling so hard it's shaking bolts loose...

...that means you're doing it right! Great job yesterday!

It sounds like the back group had one hell of a fun time! The pictures looked nice too.

Was crazy to see you jump out onto the freeway with the jeep like that into our group. We were wondering where you were but Happy you made it. I do wish i got to see your buddy tackle some of the stuff in his jeep however. Must have been fun in that small wheel base.

hahahahaha Dude i hope i kept my cool after i realized who you were yesterday. haha I had to play it down some. But just kidding it was get to meet the guy behind Marty Mcfly and your family. Wish i saw you on the trails more but always next time. I had to keep my trails going that afternoon and found some really fun trails to make it a really long camping trip some day from Cleghorn up to Big Bear bask side.

I am also wanting to start planning a trip up to the Sierras in probably two-three months if we can get other takers to join in.

Big props to the SD folks for coming out on the trails with us!! Let’s plan a run in SD soon!!

My almost twin sister @Sunnier long lost bestie now found!! You handled the Hulk like the beast that it’s is!! Loved seeing the new legend in action, along with all the fantastic Tundras!!

Need to clean up my MGM and turn it back to Blaaack and recover till the next run. Let’s not make it too long from now!!!

The last group had a great time. A few of the off shoots the Jeep guy didn’t want to do, but because @Challenger1 one did it. He was like damn, I’ve gotta do it too LOL

That would be awesome! I think a lot of people have been wanting to do a Sierra trip, but it never really materialize. I just need to get my camping situation set up. I’m redoing everything, so right now we don’t even have a tent :annoyed:

Same here. I personally saw some great photogenic moments. But was busy manning the wheel of my own truck. I need a passenger and a dash cam or go pro with a mount.

Good reason to start planning another trail run!! I have some mandatory mods I need to work on, maybe a mod party potluck kinda shindig?
It’s an idea, let’s get everyone’s thoughts. Even if you have no mods to do, a lot of us - me - could use some install help. Let’s raid @Porschetech29 shop!!!

Between navigating our own tundras and excitement and going and going just a little harder to get those memories in pics...but still nothing like being there and with the coolest people! I will always remember that!!

Here’s another one of @sdde4n I added music because I don’t like to hear myself LOL. Sorry it cut short but it was pretty much over after that.

No, thank you and Daniel for spotting me down that last section. I thought for sure I was going to end up with body damage. The Taco that went before me almost flopped over. He put his right front deep in a rut and his left rear was teetering over 5ft in the air (no joke).
