Selling my Stealth Custom Series (SCS) SR8 Wheels. These are the 18x9 Tundra version, all info here:

These wheels are the Dark Bronze with the polished ring. VERY hard to get, as they normally sell the Dark Bronze/Black combo. Wheels are in great shape, with the exception of a little rock rash on one and scratch on another. DOES NOT affect functionality of rim, and it is reflected in the price. This is why I priced it aggressively. Minor rashes and a small gash from mountain runs, but does not affect integrity, and you are basically receiving 1 1/2 rims free.

As we know, the SCS rims are extremely hard to get on a normal basis, requiring a website frenzy. They just received inventory a week ago, and have some in stock, but not of my color!

Rims will come with the SCS centercaps AND TRD Centercaps , no lugs. I will ship, but on your dime.

Yes, a ton of pics to show every detail and being upfront. Only one rim has the gash on the outer ring, (outer ring is not where the tire mounts, it is a beauty ring, and does not affect rim integrity) which looks worse off the car, as up against the tire its very blended.

The other are just surface rashes, but I wanted to show everything.

Are the rings removable? So the portion that's damaged, does it come off?

 

Yes removal is easy and the bolts are functional. Rings can be replaced, painted or powder coated. The damage is not affecting the bead, these rings overlay the bead and hugs the tire. What you see is only seen because they are off the tire, minus a little bit of the gash. It looks way worse in close up pics, but I believe in being transparent. It’s all only cosmetic. If there wasn’t a ring, it could’ve been a tire puncture, therefore they sever their purpose. Vin at SCS can get you replacements. However, I’d hold off until you see the rims mounted, as at that point, you will barely notice.

You're killin me smalls... I was just up there and bought a 16 yesterday and I have already spent so.much.money.

I love the style and color but have no clue on tire fitment for a stock height truck like mine.

Are the TRD center caps that fit these the ones that are all over the place? Like these:

Stock will have rubbing in front liner, but removing small front mud guard will remedy most of it. Some need BMC, while others do not on stock.

 

I'll look into fit and tire choices a bit. I just looked at my calendar and I have a conference at UCSF Fresno on the 25th of May as well but I'm guessing you're wanting to move them faster which I understand.

I'll try to figure out what I'm going to do with the lift sooner instead of later then, I'm assuming it wouldn't take much from what you said but I'm not positive I'm willing to do the body mount mod at this stage. I was putting that off until bumper decisions but I actually really like these and it'd be nice to save the money vs new. This is my first tundra after many, many years of Tacos and yota pick ups before them so I have lot to learn. These were on a list of three choices for rim style/color though, really like them and I'm just going to beat them up anyway so the scuffing doesn't bother me much.

 

Bmc is not usually a necessity- my buddy @FERGIEYOTA hadnt had his done at all, he is running same wheels. If you are sure you want them, I can hold for a deposit. I did reach out to SCS to see if trim ring was available for replacement of the two.

 

Let me check back in with you tomorrow night as I do a crash course in wheels for these trucks. I hadn't thought much about it other than wanting something that looked like the bronze TRD Taco wheels and saved these and two others as future projects. Thanks for the part number on the caps, helps figure out the budget because they look great with the polished rings.
