I just installed a Kenwood in my '07. I went with a Tailgaters rear handle camera. It's not too hard to do yourself. You'll need a stereo mount kit (face plate) with a pigtail harness that will connect to the factory radio plug. With a few tools you can do it in an afternoon. There's a removable rubber plug under the rear seat of my double cab that allowed be to run the wires through without drilling any holes in steel. The rear view camera needs power so I connected it up to the reverse light on the P side. When the light comes on it powers the camera and sends a signal to the radio to switch to the camera. I'm very happy with how it come out. The only thing I would have liked is to have a connector so I could remove the tailgate if needed but since I rarely do it I couldn't see going through the added work.
