    I've never driven one. I've had Tacos, this Tundra, Rav4, and Camry but never the 4runner. I figured with the 4.0 and 5sp auto it would be about like the 2nd gen Taco I had.

    I had almost pulled the trigger when I had my 3rd gens but life changed and we decided to go with a Tundra instead of investing more into that one. Maybe one day I'll gran another for fun and see how it does but that'll be way later on in life.

    So of we purchase the tune (2018 FFV here) and decide to supercharge later when magnuson releases it for the 2018's....will we need another tune?

    Or can we just bypass the bullydog tune from magnuson, and go straight with yours?

    The tuning is the hold up on the release of the supercharger for the 18's and up

    Basically. Back seats of the DC are always up, he's always there, at least half the miles are driving him to fiesta island or the dog park. I just haven't figured out how to get him to pay for gas yet.

    will tuning be available to accommodate headers say we buy the tune then add headers would we be able to upload a new file to compensate for the add-ons?

    So pardon my ignorance, but would this tune be beneficial for a completely stock 2017 FFV 5.7 4x4? Would there be a boost in power or MPGs? I haven't ran flex fuel, only regular 87 octane.

    From what I’ve seen with the 3rd gen Tacoma when I had mine, even on a stock truck the tune does increase performance. MPGs???? Well that depends on your driving habits. The taco was more of a performance and just better driving ability. The tundra drives pretty good but the 3rd gen taco sort of sucks by default and then on queue the tune comes in to give you a better experience while giving plus a few more ponies.

    For Tundras out there that are FFV with a S/C running a tune, your tune may have airload / torque limits that may need retuning.

    For example here is a data of one being worked on where throttle is being reduced due to charge limits, as a result you cannot get maximum power even at 100+% engine load.

    Without a way to datalog or check, you'll never know if you're being limited but the tune.

    Our custom tables in the ECU has solved this problem.
