My bumper is in final assembly, and I expect it to arrive within the next 2 weeks. In preparation for the install, I have a couple questions for you guys that have installed it.

I know enough to disconnect the battery before messing with anything. My main question is what about the airbag sensors? Are they moved or disconnected at all with this install? Do I need to look out for them somehow when removing the front bumper pieces?

Any other tips or hints you can give before I tackle this project? I've read the mgm16trdpro install thread multiple times (thanks for that btw) and it's incredibly helpful to know what I'm getting myself into with this beforehand. Just wondering if anything else comes to mind to watch out for with this. Thanks

Battery only needs to be disconnected if touching electrical for winch install. Safe vs sorry in any case, so disconnect if it gives you piece of mind.

Airbag sensors should not be affected, unless you have key in ignition on on position, and slam a mallet against a sensor. Otherwise, I have never heard, or had an issue on any of the 5 bumpers I have installed.

Take your time, read directions and posts. I have lots of pictures in my build thread and the SSO install.

Take the time to lay everything out, verify tolerances, and install lights and winch before mounting.
