Am I missing a piece?

about to install TRD Pro headlights on my ‘16 -1794 and go to disconnect battery and can’t remember if I had a negative terminal cover to match the positive side

 

Mine doesn't have one

 

Only positive has the cover

 

Out of curiosity, does anyone know why only the positive has a cover?

 

Cost $ to manufacture another cover. Don't need it on a neg ground vehicle

 

Yep, as others said it’s not needed. It would look nice with another. But there is no danger to it being open.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what the part number is for that terminal cover? I don't have one on mine and I don't feel whole without it.

 

ive been searching high and low for a cover large enough to hold my 2x 10AWG sub wires

 

This is for the positive terminal. In that photo I can see the cover labeled as number five but can’t find the part number for it. Maybe @Roman can help

Sure looks like it. I don’t see how they could be that much different year to year as the battery hasn’t changed.

 

I found an Ebay auction with that same diagram, it is part number 82821-12490, and it comes up as red in an image search on google.

I have a Double Cab with the Front Bench seat instead of the center console. I am trying to find out what part number I need to order to replace a broken panel on the back of that center seat. On the back, there's a fold down plastic panel that contains 2 cup holders. I need to replace the part that fold down with the built in molded cup holders and the surround pat that the fold down part folds up into when storing.

I think it's this part, but I don't see the fold down cup holder part, or is it part of the whole replacement panel?

That's one of the panels on the back, but I believe the one you're after is a different panel. What year is your Tundra, and what color is the part?

 

My Tundra is a 2014. I believe the part is black, I'll have to take a look at it later.

 

Yep, on the 2014+ models it is black. The earlier models had the same panel, but they have color options. Here's a link to the part in the store:

@Roman I found a picture of the part I am looking for, it's the black plastic part with the cup holders and the part of the console that the cup holders folds up into, they're two separate pieces, but I need both, because the retaining part at the bottom where the cup holders is attached has snapped off.

It doesn't look like the illustration in the part you linked to.

I highlighted the part in our diagram for a better image. You can see where the power socket goes into it. I don't see the flip down part, though. Maybe it does come with it.
