New shoes for 1794

Just put some 295/55/20 renegade all terrains on my truck. Dissatisfied that they rub slightly on the inside when doing a full turn but for the price, I’m alright with it. I’ll just have to not take the wheel all the way to the edge out when reversing.

Can I hear some opinions? If I had to do it again, I’d go 285/55.

 

Wheels and tires look good. Will you tell me what is on the bottom of your doors, it’s painted the same color as your flares.

 

Never heard of Renegade tires, but they look like a decent tread design. Hope they do you well, and good looking truck

 

Thanks for the input guys. My truck is two tones with the tan bottom matching then flares straight from the dealership.

We got a lot of 2 toned vehicles here in west Texas.

So far, I’m liking them. They have a slight hum on the highway but it’s not annoying.

Omohundro, I’ll need to double check but I believe it’s painted on the vinyl but stuck on the truck with adhesive cause it’s not flush with the paint.

 

I want these panels, I’m just going to paint them the same color as my truck for rock protection.

 

Yea I can see that. You going off roading or are your tires flinging up rocks?

 

Tires suck, throwing rocks like crazy. I have wrapped the bottom of my truck in X-Pel clear film. It’s helping but it still leaves some chips.

The wheels/tires look good on your truck. Are you opposed to trimming to fit the tires? I had to trim a bit to fit my tires, not a big deal.

 

I wasn’t really wanting to cause the trims that I’ve seen were bad hack jobs but yours looks clean cut. I’ll definitely keep it in mind.
