New to the forum pages(so please don't murder me for this question).

Just install the new 2018-2019 headlight housings on my 2016 trd offroad. Here is the issue. Turn signal works great while the headlights are turned off. But once I turn the headlights on, the turn signals hyper flash. All other lights are working as they should new drls, low & high beams, side marker lights. Wiring harness that I purchased was from headlight revolution. Also the turn signal lights are not LED. Need help or a link to older post with info.

Do you have LED signal bulbs?

No, but I did find the issue after posting this. The new 2018-2019 blinker bulbs are different than the 2014-2017. I had to remove the new headlight housings and repin the blinker plug for the new bulbs. I will look up the bulb part number after work and repost.

The new front turn signal bulbs are a 7443. The old style bulb is a 3157/4157.

I ended up having to repin the turn signal plugs(for the new 7443 bulb) by swapping the purple wire with the white/black striped wire. The plug is very simple to repin. The white protector in the plug has to be removed to depin the connector pins. The lock(under the white protector) has to be tilted back to let the pins come out the back of the plug. Once they are out, swap the position of the pins & push back together. Then reinstall the white protector.

I did find this information on the company's website after the issues(information was not readily available when I first order the wiring harness). But since then they have put the information into the main headlights just under the pricing.

Hope this helps someone else that is doing the install on there own.

And just to add, I should have joint this forum sooner. It's much easier to ask question before the truck is in pieces in the garage & needing it for work.
