Changing out mirrors

I am changing out the mirrors on my truck form standard to pull outs for towing my trailer. The difference in the mirrors are, the mirrors on my truck are only powered for adjustments. The new mirrors have adjustment, heat, and turn signal. I am wondering if I can change the wire harness so that I can use all the functions of the new mirrors?
