    Current setup:
    OEM 18" wheel + 295 70 Toyo Open Country AT2s + 1.25" Spikertrax spacers

    Proposed 'new' setup:
    20x10 wheel w/ -18mm offset + 305 55 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s

Upgrade or downgrade as per the following?

-Sticking out? I like the current look but wouldn't mind if the wheels stuck out another 1/2" or so

-Performance on road? Comfort, noise, safety, tread life?

-Performance off road? Better or worse or samesame in mud, snow, sand...?

    Go!

New setup will stick out an inch further than current setup.

I hate nitto tires. Especially the g2s. They suck in rain and most any condition that isn’t bone dry. Sorry. Not sorry. My opinion. Lol.im aware they are a child company to Toyo. But they are not the same.
The AT2s are superior in every way.

The 20x10 and 305 will be substantially heavier than current. So you will def feel it in the throttle, braking and fuel. You’re also going to have a much better ride with the 18s due to far more sidewall.

An 18" tire is more pleasing to the eye. My opinion.

Thanks guys and Danny that's exactly the kind of feedback I'm looking for.

Thing is I kinda love my current setup. Just got home from putting 2200mi on it that included a ton of freeway and some mild to barely-medium trail running. The whole thing performed better than I'd hoped. But then up pops someone selling the 'new' setup locally for stupid cheap and it got me thinking...

Anyway, appreciate it. Stuff to think on.
