2018 Tundra Crewmax 4x4

Need advice on adjustment on some King 2.5 Coilover 25001-143A ext . On a 2018 Crewmax 4x4 do I compensate for the tundra lean or just both at same height? Thanks any advice or info would me much appreciated.
