I was recently installing some king 2.5 coilovers on my 2005 tundra single cab 4WD and broke off one of the top 3 bolts. I am wondering how safe it is to drive with just the two for a limited time and if anyone knows the dimensions so I can get a new one without having to remove the shocks twice.

It's likely the bolts standard production 3/8"-16 x 1.00" Grade 8 hex head bolts. You could take one off the other side and walk it in to your local hardware store to find the correct size.

Did you get the stud out of the bolt you broke? If not, shock removal time.

I wouldn't recommend driving on two, you'll likely break another doing that. What I would do is remove one from the other side and take a drive (in another vehicle if possible) to Home Depot or such and match up and buy a replacement.
