    These are the MOPAR D-ring tie downs that many have added to their beds. Typically, it requires removing the bed bolts and adding these underneath. I have a cap and a bed mat and don't see myself using them. These cost me $35 shipped, they are brand new and never used, so I'll sell them for like $25 shipped to the US. These are bigger adn more stout than the stock ones found sold for cheap on Ebay or OEM ones from Toyota.
