Looks bad ass! I’ll patiently wait for your review of the pros.

Have you always had that love tap on the rear passenger door or was that from a recent trip?

    5100’s at 5th notch, Add-a-leaf, diff drop.
I remember that truck, loved the way it looked at a distance, I'd be happy with the color, not the texture. If I were to turn away from the DARK side, it would be either olive or some a khaki/desert sand color.

I’ve had that for about a year. We slid down a hill into a tree... used to be much worse but we push it out as much as possible.

Well pumps in, new pulleys are in, driver side is complete. Passenger side is apart, going to take the front cap to work and run it through the parts washer (pass side was leaking really bad).. starting to slowly get done

Got the parts in to fix the truck. Ebc rotors and green stuff pads as well as some blue painted oem calipers. I didn't need calipers but mine are rusted so why not? The truck should be on all 4 tires Monday.

Did an oil change today. Noticed a red fluid on my steering rack. Traced it back to here.

What is this, why is it leaking, should I be worried?

EDIT: Yes, I have red coolant. That wire going into the connection where it's leaking from is my block heater cord. I'm guessing that the seal around the block heater connection is kaput. I'll have to drain all the coolant to replace it I think.

Lovely. Another thing to the to do list. It's not my day today. Starting to think I should buy a newer Tundra so I don't have to spend my weekends doing maintenance. LOL

I was driving 50mph and my wheel flew off. All 6 lug nuts came off at the same time. Either we forgot to torque them down 2 weeks before when we last worked on it or someone tried stealing the wheel.

Still odd how that happened. Usually loose lugs just sheer the studs off. Yours were amazingly intact

Removed sway bar, bushings, and end links. The bushings were shot. The end link bushings were virtually non-existent.

Any suggestions or first hand experience with aftermarket end links? Sway bar bushings? Poly or rubber? Idk if I’ll spring for a Hellwig up front, I will definitely at some point at a Hellwig to the rear though! I’m leaning towards Moog if I go rubber. Or TRW end links if I go poly. And I’m not sure about the poly sway bar bushings. I like the stiffness but don’t want consistent squeaking.

I like the AC Delco Pro better than Moog myself, all the Moog parts I've got in the last 10 years have been crap.

That’s all that matters. It could be way worse! (I would suggest keeping an eye on that lower ball joint because it got quite the shock when it hit. I’ve seen them fail shortly after stuff like that happens)

Lbj has to be replaced. I rode on the rotor and the bolt in the lbj for a few hundred feet. So it's all ground down

Performed three things today on the 02’.

    1) Buffed out the body repair with polish and then put on a coat of wax on that area.

    2) Did a Reverse Flush on the heater core. The 02’ has the OEM ‘heavy duty heater’ and it still had great output. Saw a vid on the core flush and decided to try. About a half quart of coolant drained out that looked normal. I dumped that and then proceeded to flush another half quart till the fluid looked opaque white. The fluid did not look ‘dirty’. It had an opaque white clearness to it. Not see through. Plenty of youtubes on the subject. Suggest Chris ‘Nice Hands’ Fix to watch.

Man! You can cook an egg on these vents again. I remember it like this when it was brand new. Huge.

    3) Had about 10k on the current fluid and have been reading that the older a vehicle gets that you should reduce your ALL change intervals. Did a double drain and refill of about 6 quarts per cycle. Drained 6. Filled 6. Drive and repeat. Total coolant used was 12 quarts. Peak ‘Longlife’ is on sale for $9.99 a gallon at Auotzone right now. A steal.

The 02’ specs say the total coolant capacity is 12 quarts. I was only able to drain about 6 quarts at one time via the rad plug on drivers side.

Can anyone confirm/explain how to drain all 12 quarts out at one time?
