Hi all, i have read about people experiencing the bump when coasting/moving slowly down into first or second gear. It seems that I have this issue but is intermittent... I am wondering if there is anyone else with a 2014 or newer having this issue here. Booked it while under warranty at the dealership but feel like it might not act up while in their possession and would like to be more confident in where to point them.

I’m having the clunk while going in and out of park or reverse and I’m also experiencing exactly what you stated above. I’m hoping I finally found my answer, as I’ve had it into the dealership under warranty three times and they can’t find anything so they charge me 100 bucks every time. Let me know if you got an answer. Thank you

Subd for results, I have this same issue as well. I get the clunk when it downshifts into 2nd gear while slowing down.

They charge you for warranty inspections if they don't find anything?
I'd be finding a different dealership....

Is that not what others have found, when you have a problem with the vehicle under factory warranty? If they can’t find something under warranty to repair they charge you the diag fee. Or if they find something that is not a warranty item they also charge you for that diagnosis and repair?

I could understand a reasonable fee to be charged if they found a non defect as the cause for failure... But not finding anything and still collecting seems morally questionable - and not the same experience that I've had.
Now granted, I've still got a truck with an issue because the dealer stated they could not duplicate my complaint, but that would require a separate thread in itself. :)
