    Hey all. Picking up a 2019 tundra sr5 with trd or package tomorrow, in cement grey. Trading in my 16 Taco trd or for it. Was never happy with the power(lack thereof) in the taco. Truth be told i actually wanted the titan pro4x as my first choice. The titan was out of my budget, but the tundra is a solid 2nd choice for me. I actually really like the trd pro, but that would have been out of my budget as well.

    Ive been lurking here for the past week and just learning. My first order of business will be deleting the God awful chrome, powder coat wheels, new tires, the 5100s up front. Not all at once, but thats the plan.

    What was that Titan Pro4X gonna run you? I'm not crazy about that truck in its stock form at all, once they are lifted with some nice wheel/tire combos though, they look pretty good. I've had 2 Frontiers over the years, one got totaled, the other we still have and they were solid, problem-free and tough little trucks. They're in need of an update badly, much like the Tundra.

    44k, Im getting the Tundra for under 40k, my brother in law is the sales manager at the dealership.

    If the TRD pro in cement was available I may have bumped my budget for it.... but since it wasnt the titan was more appealing for the leather interior and lack of chrome.

    The de-chroming shouldnt be a big deal as my old man has his own bodyshop (just a matter of getting the time to get up there).

    $44 isn't too bad for Pro4X.

    I've got a Cement Tundra, it'll be a while before I de-chrome it, out of funds for now, lol! Wish I had a body shop in the family!

    It's actually a great price, as I saw used ones going for more. But because the price was much better on the tundra I decided not to stretch my budget. Plus the resale on the tundra will be higher, and my financing rate is better as well, this will all contribute to me not being upside down when I trade the truck in a few years. I typically trade up every 3 or 4 years since I drive about 35,000 miles per year.
