2018 Tundra Recall-airbag software- Has anyone had this done??

Just wanting to see your opinion of how the recall went at your dealer?
I'm holding off until my dealer has done some to figure out any "Bugs" in the process.

 

First I have heard of it....is this something recent? I got my 18 in Nov.

 

Had it done earlier this week. Saw no difference in anything. Took about an hour. I think they replace a sensor at the same time. Only issue I had was the miles till Empty was telling me to refuel Even though the tank was full.service rep said it was because of them the-flashing the computer. Cleared itself in about 20 miles & reads fine now

 

Had mine done with no issues. Took about an hour.

 

I got mine in October 2018, the next month I got the notice about the recall.

I've been waiting until my my next oil change to do it all at one time.

 

Had same issue when I had mine done at 10k mile service 2 months ago.

 

Same just had mine done with ther 15k service.. no issues

 

Same here- LUCKYLY no issues

 

Just had mine done last week. Dropped it off saturday at 10am, they called me at noon and said it was done. No problems b4, no problems after.

 

I had it done about a month ago. Done in about an hour. No issues before, no issues after.

 

Same as everyone else, took the trunk in this week for inspection and 5k service. they did all of that and the recall. was at the dealer about 1 hour. no issues

 

I haven't received any recalls and I bought mine in April of 2018.

 

Had mine done in October before taking ownership of the truck.

 

Done in November with no issues before or after.

 

yep at my 5k service they took care of it. No issues.

 

Had mine done in November during the 5k, no biggie.

 

Exact same experience re fuel reading and sensor/update.

was a 30 min visit flashed the software and washed my truck

 

How long do you guys estimate it will take dealership to do both the reflash/software update recalls? Going later on this week to have the 2 recalls and an inspection done.

I had it done, everything was working fine before and everything's still working fine after
