I've had my 2013 Tundra now for about 2 months, within the first couple days of ownership, the connecter between bulb and harness went bad on passenger side, so I fixed it. A couple weeks later, same thing on drivers side, so I replaced it. Now, the bulbs are still popping, I've only replaced so far with AutoZone specials. Is it a thing where a cheap bulb will keep blowing because they are illuminated constantly? Or do I have

This whole situation is strange and not normal, wish I had some guidance other than that...hopefully this bump will stir some interest in your post...it’ll prolly be helpfull to know if you’re running stock headlights and what mods have been done electrically...

Hopefully a CarFax was produced and the truck wasn’t under water in Huston or something before you bought it...

The headlights are stock, there are no electronic mods whatsoever. I have converted all the interior lights to LED, the the tail lights, the high and low beam headlight bulbs have also been converted to LED. But it's all plug-and-play, nothing special to add.

wacky things happen when installing leds onto exterior lights, especially into the taillights, I’ve seen that a few times on here. That’s your most likely culprit...if I had to say so, taillights or the low/high beam leds...I’m guessing this problem started after the led install?

The first side did it before I changed anything, the the second side did it after the fact. I think I'm going to invest in some more expensive bulbs and hopefully that will fix the issue. The bulbs that keep blowing are Sylvania.

They are CK sockets so they will need to be the correct bulbs for proper operation.

What is a couple socket? It seems like the wiring would have more to do with it. Is the socket a weak point?
