2011-2018 Full Width JKE-Dock 1" Diameter Tubing for a 2018 Tundra

Does anyone make a "bar mounting system" for the 2018 Tundra that will give me the functionality of a Vector Offroad "2011-2018 Full Width JKE-Dock 1" Diameter Tubing." The goal is to have universal mounting bar that runs the length of the dash with 1" tubing that will allow a variety of mounting brackets for phone, ipad, GoPro, SPOT, etc. Does anyone have a solution for this?
