2016 Double Cab Long Bed 4WD

Hi Folks, I just ordered some standard fog lights for my 16' SR from Winjet. Nothing exotic. They came complete with wiring harnesses, bumper inserts, bulbs, etc. However after looking at their Youtube installation video it did not seem clear where to bring, through the firewall, one part of the harness? In addition it makes sense to connect the switch power wire to ignition (meaning they will turn off when ignition is off thus not accidentally leaving lights on) but where and how do I find an ignition hot?
