Hey guys, I'm a newbie here and I'm looking to upgrade my suspension. I swore to myself this time I was going to leave things stock, but you know how it goes...that doesn't last long. So I have a leveling kit on my 2017 Crewmax and recently installed Smittybilt M1 front and rear bumpers along with a winch and noticed that I lost some height immediately afterwards (no huge shock after adding 375 lbs to the front end). Anyway, I don't want or need a monster truck, just something with a more aggressive stance a little more clearance when off road and hunting etc (I'm not a serious wheeler but hunt in some hard to reach places sometimes). I really want to do this right and have a solid suspension system. I'm not looking for a discount kit and I'm willing to pay for quality gear. I've looked at BDS, Old Man Emu, and Toytec but open to any and all suggestions. I'm happy with easily clearing 35" tires, and I have 33" BFGs on it now.

With that much weight in the front, you’ll want to look at systems that offer at least a 700lb spring rate. Have you looked at kings yet? They can pretty much custom build to your needs. Pricey but worth it with lots of great reviews. I would say the same about ADS and custom builds.

If you do a quick search on here you will find hundreds of threads on different set ups. Grab a beer and be prepared to read for hours though, lots of great information and first hand experiences.
