The cruise on my used truck doesn't work, it wasn't working when I bought it.

What is the best procedure to trace down the cause, and fix it?

    Thank you in advance.

I know it may seem strange, but check your tail light bulbs to see if they are burned out. I know because it has happen to me!

    My tail lights are fine.

Isn't there some kind of fuse, and what is the clock spring I have read about?
