2005 Blue Tundra Limited

So my 4 power outlets are not working but the cig one is. Yes I checked both fuses and they both look good. I will try swapping them and see what happens. Any other ideas? I have heard of a fuseable link that is sometimes used. Does anyone know if one blows does it blow them all?
