So, initially I had grease running onto both my rear wheels. I checked my diff vent and it was rusted shut. Was able to free that up and blow thru it. So, I replaced the shoes and cleaned everything up and they started leaking again. At this point I decided to replace seals and bearings because I had a separate issue with a noise in the rear end. 7 hours later all is back together cleaned up and the noise is gone. Took the truck to work today and now my right rear is leaking again. Getting pretty tired of this. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry to hear you’re still dealing with leaks. rear axles can be a pain. This could be a coincidence but after I replaced my pinion seal and left rear inner seal I replaced the diff breather with a piece of hose and ran it up along the frame. I have been leak free:)

That is my next step just to eliminate the slight chance it's not breathing enough

I did mine about a month ago and noticed my breather was free and spun around, but could not blow through it. Replaced it, the seals, bearings, and brakes and have had no leaks. A light coat of oil helps the seals slide in, and make sure you tap them in evenly and all the way. Also make sure when sliding the shafts in they dont ride on the seals. Did you replace the outer o-ring as well?

Yup. I lubed the seal, replaced the o ring and didn't ride the seal. I didn't however drive them all the way in according to a video that said to measure instead sighting possible rubbing and seal destruction. I'm getting an oem right now and I'll ask the dealer what they think

Given all that, I'd say your breather is definitely the prime suspect then. Let us know.
