I try and wash my truck weekly because it typically looks like this a day after I wash it. 4D95DC17-456E-423E-84CE-67EC6A094881.jpg

I've only washed mine 3 or 4 times in the past 9 months I've owned it. Although, I think that is how many dry days we have had in that amount of time.

I have an unlimited car wash membership. They have 4 in town. Whenever I'm by one I wash it. Usually twice a week and more in the winter. My truck gets pretty dirty sitting at work and now that I'm working out of town it gets even dirtier.

Not as often as id like. Where i live the wind is rough and usually got a dust coating in a day. My work parking lot is also dirt and rock so that doesnt help. Its been about 2 months but generally at least once a month.

Yes. Dick Hannah is the only one that sold this trim at the time I bought it. Has all the sports add-on.

I think he’s referring to the paint damage caused by the filthy spinning brushes.

Right. i've seen a few posts saying the car wash tunnels might hurt the TSS system somehow, so that's why i was curious.

After reading this post I guess I felt guilty. I washed my truck and also the mommy wagon. The mommy wagon had 4 years of abuse - kids, drive through car washes, ect. Washed, clay bar treatment, polish and wax. 10 hours later and I'm ready to start on the interior. o_O

It's winter here and I can only wash vehicles on those rare days when the temperature stays above freezing most of the day, so that's about once or twice all winter. In good weather I wash them about every two weeks, not on a schedule but when they look like they need it.

Sorry buddy but that's not even close to dirty. That's hwy. film. My truck gets dirtier than that just getting in & out of our work site. I will have to post a pic of my Tundra so you can see what dirty really looks like. But it will have to wait, I just washed it Thursday after 2 weeks of driving on the muddy roads in & out of our work site I couldn't see the paint anymore LOL !!! it wasn't even close to being white. I wish I had seen this post before I washed it. My Tundra looks a lot like yours. The only difference is that mine is a 2013. It's a crew cab 4x4 super white when clean Haha, and it has 20" black wheels. Nice trucks we have.
